John Laton has been working skin since 2011. Based at Maive444 in London, he builds permanent pieces that sit somewhere between illustration and artifact — blackwork, fine line, dotwork, and the spaces between them.

Every piece starts with a conversation. John draws each design by hand, working with the body's natural lines rather than against them. The studio is appointment-only, clean, and quiet — no walk-ins, no rush.
